His Eminence, Cardinal Timothy Dolan
Timothy Dolan was named Archbishop of New York by Pope Benedict XVI on February 23, 2009. He had served as Archbishop of Milwaukee, appointed there by Pope Saint John Paul II on June 25, 2002.
Born February 6, 1950, Cardinal Dolan was the first of five children born to Shirley and Robert Dolan. His education began at Holy Infant Parish School in Ballwin, Missouri, and continued through the high school and college seminaries in Saint Louis. He then completed his priestly formation at the Pontifical North American College in Rome, where he earned a License in Sacred Theology at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas.
Ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Saint Louis on June 19, 1976, he served as associate pastor at Immacolata Parish in Richmond Heights, Mo., until 1979 when he began studies for a doctorate in American Church History at The Catholic University of America.
Sr. JoSEPHINE GARRETT
Sister Josephine is a member of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a Business concentration from the University of Dallas.
She currently ministers in private practice in rural East Texas, where she specializes in trauma treatment and counseling for children and adolescents. Her work is rooted in a commitment to serving underserved communities, bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate accompaniment to those in her care.
She contributes her voice at the intersection of faith and mental health, having authored three books, including her most recent, Wilderness of the Heart: A Healing Journey to Love Boldly and Serve Freely. She is also the host of the Hope Stories Podcast and serves on the boards of Walking with Purpose and Life Teen.
Monsignor Roger J. Landy
Monsignor Roger J. Landry is National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in the United States. A priest of the Diocese of Fall River, he is also a Papal Missionary of Mercy and during the National Eucharistic Revival, he served as a National Eucharistic Preacher and helped lead the Seton Route of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage from New Haven, CT, to Indianapolis. A graduate of Harvard College and the Pontifical North American College in Rome, he has served as Attaché to the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in New York, Catholic Chaplain at Columbia University, Ecclesiastical Assistant to Aid to the Church in Need USA, and has been a pastor, newspaper editor and high school chaplain in the Diocese of Fall River. He has served as onsite commentator for EWTN’s coverage of the papal conclaves that elected Pope Francis and Pope Leo as well as the funerals of Pope Benedict XVI and Pope Francis. He writes for many publications, appears regularly on television, radio, and podcasts and is the author of Plan of Life: Habits to Help You Grow Closer to God (Pauline Books and Media 2018).
